High-precision Inspection System
This system is good for inspection of fine patterns on circuit board for LCD, OLED and touch panel.
Line Sensor Camera with high-resolution lenses is combined with an optimal optical system to obtain image data, and Takano’s original image processor processes such data rapidly to catch real-time glass data.
