We develop and manufacture inspection and measurement equipment to improve the quality of flat panels used in various display devices around us, such as LCD televisions and smartphones.

The functionality and quality in all fields are advancing, and the web requires more advanced capabilities. Hawk Eyes is what has made high-speed inspection of micro, low-contrast, and scratch defects possible in this increasingly sophisticated web production process.

We have achieved inline total inspection in the FPD (Flat Panel Display) field by combining it with high-speed cameras, enabling inspections on the order of several micrometers. We are also adapting to the inspection of 3D high-density structures.
